Last month’s harvest didn’t go as planned—some cattle didn’t fatten up enough in time, and with abattoirs fully booked, we fell behind. We’re back on track now, but Stir Fry Rump orders placed now will be shipped at the end of next week once processing and snap-freezing are complete.
If your order includes Stir Fry Rump, your entire order will be held until the rump is ready to ensure everything arrives together in peak condition.
Thanks for your patience—farm life has its challenges, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. This rump will be worth the wait.

Our cattle are 100% grass fed + finished on our regenerative farm in Brooklet Springs, NSW. In certain weather conditions, we may supplement their diet with certified organic vitamin licks, apple cider vinegar, and garlic to ensure optimal gut health.
