How Much to Use
Our favourite ratio is 1:1 bones to water.
So a 3kg pack will typically yield 3 litres of rich, mineral-packed broth or stock.

Cooking Notes
– Broth: Simmer gently for 12–36 hours (our in-house version goes for 36!)
– Stock: Cook for 2–4 hours – perfect for low histamine diets
– Add vegetables, herbs, salt or vinegar to suit your favourite recipe

Easy to Use
No need to defrost—add frozen bones straight into your pot or slow cooker with filtered water and simmer gently.
If using thawed bones, just reduce cooking time by about 30–60 minutes.

Storage
Once defrosted, store bones in the fridge on a plate (to catch any drips) and use within 3–5 days.
