We deliver throughout NSW, QLD, VIC, and into parts of SA and ACT. Some areas are serviced daily, others less frequently. 

Delivery dates vary depending on your location. When you enter your postcode at the order page, you’ll only be able to select from dates that the courier services your zone.

We group deliveries by frozen courier run — so your order will be matched to the next available delivery in your area. Once it’s booked, we’ll email you with the delivery date and tracking link. The courier will also send a text on the day with your delivery window.

If you’re running low and need it quickly, just pop a note at checkout saying “Please send ASAP” and we’ll do our best to prioritise it.

We prepare our regenerative, organic meats fresh each week and freeze them at their best, so your order arrives in peak condition.

There’s a 7-day window between placing your order and selecting a delivery date — this gives us time to pack everything by hand and match it to the right frozen courier run. It ensures your box of goodness stays perfectly frozen from our farm to your door.

We pack and ship orders twice a week from our farm, using a frozen courier service. While we do our best to get orders out quickly, please allow up to 14 days for delivery, especially if you're in a regional area like North Queensland or Perth. 

We’re a small regenerative farm — not a warehouse. Every order is hand-packed here with care, using animals we’ve raised ourselves or from like-minded farms. Because our boxes are sent frozen, we rely on specialty couriers who only collect on certain days and don’t visit all areas daily. 

No, you don’t need to be home. Our meat is frozen and packed in insulated boxes with techni ice packs, keeping it frozen for up to four hours after delivery.

You’ll receive a text message when your order is on its way and another when it’s delivered. If you won’t be home, consider asking a neighbour to place it in a cool spot until you return

Your box of goodness is packed with insulation and dry ice or frozen gel packs, depending on the season and route. It's designed to arrive frozen, even on warm days — just make sure to unpack and pop everything in the freezer as soon as you can.

We recommend retrieving your box promptly upon delivery; with our insulated packing, the contents will remain fresh in shaded areas for up to 4 hours (2 hours in hot weather).

All of our meats are shipped frozen to preserve peak flavor and quality.

If your order arrives slightly defrosted during transit, as long as it’s still cold to the touch (not warm), it’s perfectly safe to refreeze.

Our meats are snap-frozen at peak freshness, locking in nutrients and flavour, and cryovac-sealed for longer shelf life.

You’ll receive an email with a delivery date and link, then an SMS with tracking details when your box is dispatched by the courier. Usually the day before.
