Made with our regenerative organic beef and fresh organic herbs from just outside our kitchen door, these sausages are fragrant, hearty, and full of natural flavour.
We use a rotating mix of garden herbs—like oregano, thyme, parsley, and sometimes tarragon or rosemary—seasoned simply with sea salt, then hand-filled into natural casings. No fillers. No grains. No nonsense.

Gluten-free. Dairy-free.

1kg total, packed across 2–3 smaller vacuum-sealed packs for easy portioning.

Our cattle are 100% grass fed + finished on our regenerative farm in Brooklet Springs, NSW. In certain weather conditions, we may supplement their diet with certified organic vitamin licks, apple cider vinegar, and garlic to ensure optimal gut health.
