Our turkeys are raised with a commitment to the wellness of the land, animals, and environment. Each bird is brined in our delicious, house-made brine, then finished with organic olive oil, farm-fresh citrus, and garden-picked herbs for exceptional flavor and juiciness. After finishing, the turkeys are snap frozen to ensure peak freshness.

Thawing Instructions:

  • Advance Thawing: Pop your turkey in the fridge about 5 days in advance for a head start.
  • Quick Thawing: Thawing for 1-2 days, depending on the size, will also be fine.

The remaining balance will be emailed to you once your turkey has been allocated. We appreciate payment prior to your order being dispatched.

Our cattle are 100% grass fed + finished on our regenerative farm in Brooklet Springs, NSW. In certain weather conditions, we may supplement their diet with certified organic vitamin licks, apple cider vinegar, and garlic to ensure optimal gut health.

Organ meats have been long consumed by our ancestors as a source of whole food nutritional support. Beef heart offer a rich source of CoQ10, Vitamin B12, B Vitamins, Amino acids.
