Our chickens grow at their own pace, and we work with what nature gives us each week. While we’ll always do our best to match your size preference, there may be times when we provide two smaller birds in place of a large. If there’s ever a major size variation, we’ll be in touch.

Shelf Life
Vacuum sealed and freshly frozen. Best used within 12 months of packaging.
Our cattle are 100% grass fed + finished on our regenerative farm in Brooklet Springs, NSW. In certain weather conditions, we may supplement their diet with certified organic vitamin licks, apple cider vinegar, and garlic to ensure optimal gut health.
