Made the old-fashioned way using just a handful of real ingredients: our organic pasture-raised pork, sea salt, organic raw sugar, a few juniper berries, and a sprig or two of thyme. Smoked gently over pecan wood from a tree in our yard, then sliced, packed, and frozen.
