Our brisket is cut from the lower chest of our organic, 100% grass-fed and finished beef—where two hardworking muscles support over 60% of the animal’s body weight. With no collar bone to protect it, this cut develops rich marbling and dense connective tissue, making it ideal for long, slow cooking.
When cooked properly, it transforms into something truly special—tender, juicy, and deeply flavourful.
Cooking Instructions
– Slow cook at low heat: allow 8 hours per kg
– Can be smoked, braised, oven-roasted or done low-and-slow overnight
Shelf Life
Vacuum sealed and freshly frozen. Best used within 12 months of packaging.
Our cattle are 100% grass fed + finished on our regenerative farm in Brooklet Springs, NSW. In certain weather conditions, we may supplement their diet with certified organic vitamin licks, apple cider vinegar, and garlic to ensure optimal gut health.
