Chuck steak is a true slow-cooking hero. Choose it diced or in larger slabs depending on how you like to cook:

How to Cook
Diced: Best slow-cooked until it breaks down into a rich, meat’n’sauce consistency.
Slabs: Cook low and slow, then flake apart with a fork—tender and full of flavour.
Cooking Notes
Delicious every which way—but give it time.
6–10 hours is the sweet spot. If you're in a rush, yes, it can be done in 4 hours… but you’ll end up with meatballs in sauce instead of beautiful flakes.
A pressure cooker will get you there faster, though we find flavour develops better over longer cook times.
Our go-to method?
Build the sauce on the stove while making dinner, then pop the pot into a low oven overnight. In the morning, let it cool, pop it in the fridge on your way out the door, and reheat when you’re ready. One cook, two meals, no fuss.

Our cattle are 100% grass fed + finished on our regenerative farm in Brooklet Springs, NSW. In certain weather conditions, we may supplement their diet with certified organic vitamin licks, apple cider vinegar, and garlic to ensure optimal gut health.
