Last month’s harvest didn’t go as planned—some cattle didn’t fatten up enough in time, and with abattoirs fully booked, we fell behind. We’re back on track now, but Scotch Fillet orders placed now will be shipped at the end of next week once processing and snap-freezing are complete.
If your order includes Scotch Fillet, your entire order will be held until the fillet is ready to ensure everything arrives together in peak condition.
Thanks for your patience—farm life has its challenges, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. This fillet will be worth the wait.
