Pasture Raised Organic Chicken, olive oil, local Stanthorpe apples, parsley, wholegrain mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Cooking Options
– Pan Fry: Cook over medium heat for 3–4 mins each side until golden and cooked through
– Oven: Bake at 180°C for 15–20 mins
– BBQ: Grill on medium heat, turning once
Serving Suggestions
– Serve in a lettuce cup with sauerkraut and a dollop of wholegrain mustard
– Add to a warm grain bowl with roasted sweet potato and greens
– Perfect in a gluten-free bun with slaw and apple chutney
