We’re growing and looking for a few great people to join our team across Byron and Tugun.

We’re a regenerative organic butchery connecting people to pasture-raised meat, broths, and meals — raised with care for land, animals, and community.

We run calm, clean spaces and work with intention. If you like things well-kept and done properly, you’ll feel at home here.

Cleaner / Production Support (Afternoons)
A hands-on role for someone who takes pride in clean, organised spaces and gets in and gets it done.

Daily work includes:

• Cleaning equipment (bandsaw, mincer, sausage filler)
• Washing dishes
• Wiping benches and surfaces
• Hot mopping floors
• Bins, laundry and reset of the space

Hours: approx. 3pm–6pm (flexible across the week)

Butcher / Apprentice Butcher
For someone experienced, or someone ready to learn the trade properly.

• Whole-animal butchery
• Working with organic pasture-raised meat
• Learning yield, systems, and process
• Being part of a small, skilled team

Full-time or part-time depending on the right fit

In-Store Health Nerd (Front of House)
For someone who understands food and how people eat.

• Supporting customers with thoughtful, food-first conversations
• Talking confidently about meat, broths, and meals
• Keeping the store clean, calm, and well presented

Order Packer + Customer Support (Midday Power Shift)
A focused 3–4 hour shift in the middle of the day to keep online orders moving.

• Packing online orders accurately
• Supporting customer enquiries
• Helping maintain flow between retail and production

Perfect for someone efficient, organised, and good with detail.
