Our lamb secret weapon. Prepped, seasoned, and ready for the oven—this is your midweek lifesaver or easy Sunday roast.

Our butterflied lamb legs are de-boned and brined in organic olive oil and macrobiotic sea salt, then frozen flat so they cook evenly and quickly. No extra oil or seasoning needed.

Directions
– Defrost overnight or under running water at 6pm (if you’re having one of those days)

– Open bag, empty lamb and goodness onto tray, oven on. That’s it.                                                             

– Cook for 45min/kg in a fan assisted oven at 180C. Our butterflied lamb legs also work well on the BBQ (siphon off the olive oil onto your potatoes) and BBQ the lamb until pink in the middle!

Totally enough time to toss a salad, get the kids bathed, and pour a glass of wine.

They’re super easy to cook and difficult to stuff up.
