Made the old-fashioned way using just a handful of real ingredients: our organic pasture-raised pork, sea salt, organic raw sugar, a few juniper berries, and a sprig or two of thyme. Smoked gently over pecan wood from a tree in our yard, then sliced, packed, and frozen.
No preservatives, no numbers, no shortcuts—just a simple, trusted recipe we’ve loved for years.
What you’ll receive:
A mix of eye and streaky bacon, packed into 100–200g portions to make cooking easy. Your 500g order will include 2 or 3 packs, depending on weight.
Our cattle are 100% grass fed + finished on our regenerative farm in Brooklet Springs, NSW. In certain weather conditions, we may supplement their diet with certified organic vitamin licks, apple cider vinegar, and garlic to ensure optimal gut health.
Organ meats have been long consumed by our ancestors as a source of whole food nutritional support. Beef heart offer a rich source of CoQ10, Vitamin B12, B Vitamins, Amino acids.
