Made with our regenerative organic lamb and fresh green organic herbs from just outside our kitchen door, these sausages are fragrant, hearty, and full of natural flavour.
We use a rotating mix of garden herbs—like mint, rosemary, oregano, thyme, parsley, seasoned simply with sea salt, then hand rolled into mini burgers. No fillers. No grains. No nonsense.
Ingredients
Regenerative organic lamb, organic herbs (seasonal mix: mint, rosemary, oregano, thyme, parsley), sea salt. Gluten-free. Dairy-free in a natural casing.

Shelf Life
Vacuum sealed and freshly frozen. Best used within 12 months of packaging.
Our cattle are 100% grass fed + finished on our regenerative farm in Brooklet Springs, NSW. In certain weather conditions, we may supplement their diet with certified organic vitamin licks, apple cider vinegar, and garlic to ensure optimal gut health.
